# Menopause support group at Carterton Library

If you're going through menopause, you are not alone. Talking to a doctor can be helpful, but sometimes you just want to talk to other people who are going through it. A menopause support group will be meeting at Carterton Library on the 2nd and 30th of November 2026 and again on the 25th of January 2027\.
